Order
Appellant, Call Henry, Inc., appealed the final decisions of an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contracting officer denying its claims under contract number EP-D-04-076 for service and maintenance of EPA facilities in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. On December 16, 2008, appellant filed an unopposed motion to dismiss with prejudice, stating that these appeals have been resolved based upon mutual agreement of the parties.
Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
JERI KAYLENE SOMERS
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Call Henry, Inc., CBCA 1086, 1087, 1128, 1129, 1336, 1337, 1338. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
