What counts as an AI agent run.
An AI agent run is one grounded AI generation: a Regulations Agent or ASBCA Research Agent question, a Workflows Hub workflow, or a Workspace AI assist. Browsing the FAR Clause Library, reading ASBCA decisions, and running Regulation Research search never consume a run. On the Free plan the Regulations Agent is the one AI tool that run applies to.
Powered by OpenAI
Every AI answer runs on GPT-5.6 Luna.
The Research Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Workspace assists are all built on GPT-5.6 Luna, OpenAI's cost-optimized GPT-5.6 model. Its context window is large enough to hold a full ASBCA decision, a DCAA audit program, or a solicitation package in a single prompt, and it answers under the same anti-hallucination discipline as the rest of the platform: every answer is grounded in real FAR, DFARS, and ASBCA source data and cited back to it.

Questions about plans and billing.
What counts as an AI agent run?
An AI agent run is one grounded AI generation. Every question you send a Research Agent is one run, including each follow-up question in the same conversation, because each answer is generated fresh from the sources. In the Workflows Hub, the initial workflow, each follow-up, and each document you generate from a run each count as one run, and a Workspace AI assist counts the same way. Browsing the FAR Clause Library, the decision corpora, and Regulation Research search never consume runs, and neither does saving or exporting something you already generated. The Free plan includes 1 AI agent run per week, Pro includes 100 AI agent runs per month, and Max includes 250 AI agent runs per month.
What is included in the free plan?
The Free plan is $0 / month. It includes the FAR Clause Library, Regulation Research search, the SEC filings library, the federal budget and NDAA tracker, and the Regulations Agent at 1 AI agent run per week. It also previews the rest of the research library: you can browse the decision lists and their insights, and view the Audit Readiness, Contracts, Other Transactions and Regulations & Policy pages. Searching and filtering them, opening a decision in the dashboard reader, and the Flow-Down Matrix need Pro or Max. The ASBCA Research Agent, the Agentic Workflows Hub, the Workspace, and Word and Excel exports are Pro features. No credit card is required to start.
What do the paid plans add?
Pro ($99 / month) and Max ($199 / month) raise your quota to 100 AI agent runs per month and 250 AI agent runs per month, and unlock the full AI suite: the ASBCA Research Agent, the Agentic Workflows Hub, the subcontracting drafting agents, and the audit and cost analysis memos, plus the productivity layer (the Workspace to save, resume and re-run AI documents, and Word and Excel exports). Both add priority support, and Max adds the highest quota plus early access to new features.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial on the monthly plan. Checkout takes a card and charges nothing for 14 days, you get the full Pro plan and its 100 AI agent runs per month from the first minute, and on day 15 the card is charged $99 / month unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing and your account returns to the Free plan, which you can keep using indefinitely. The trial is one per account, so it applies to a first subscription rather than to a later one, and the yearly plan and Max are sold without it.
What is the difference between a plan and the $99 research reports?
They are separate purchases. A plan is a subscription to the platform and its AI agents, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. A research report is a one time purchase of a single finished document, such as a quarterly ASBCA or GAO bid protest analysis, delivered as a PDF plus an Excel data workbook for $99. Buying a report needs no account or subscription, and a subscription does not include the report library. You can see the current catalog on the Reports page.
How do I upgrade?
Choose Pro or Max above and complete secure checkout through Stripe. Your higher quota applies as soon as the subscription starts, which on a monthly Pro trial is before anything is charged. You can also upgrade at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal, reachable from the Billing tab in your dashboard. When a subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan and keeps access to every free feature.
Do the public ASBCA decision pages stay free?
Yes. Every ASBCA decision page, including the case caption, disposition, and material facts, stays free and publicly accessible. A free account additionally unlocks the full grounded legal analysis and the per-case knowledge graph.
How am I billed, and can I pay yearly?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and the toggle above the plan cards chooses which. Monthly, Pro is $99 / month and Max is $199 / month, charged to your card each month until you cancel, and a first Pro subscription's first charge falls at the end of its 14-day free trial. Yearly is 20% off: Pro is $948 / year, which works out to $79 a month, and Max is $1,908 / year, or $159 a month, charged once a year until you cancel. Either way the plan renews automatically, and you can cancel from the Billing tab in your dashboard at any time.
Do unused AI agent runs roll over?
No. AI agent runs do not roll over, and the quota is not reset on a billing date. It is measured over a rolling window: on a paid plan, the runs you used in the last 30 days count against your limit (the last 7 days on Free), and each run stops counting once it is older than that window. Pro includes 100 AI agent runs per month and Max includes 250 AI agent runs per month.
Can my own AI agent use GovConDash?
Yes, on Pro and Max. GovConDash runs a read-only MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and any other MCP client can search the regulations, decisions, DCAA guidance and market data under your own account, and every answer carries links back to the source. You connect by signing in once from your agent or by pasting an agent key from your Account page. Tool calls run no AI on our side and do not count against your AI agent runs. The connection guides for each client are at govcondash.ai/mcp.
