Order
Appellant has filed a motion to withdraw its appeal in response to the Government’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. At a status conference held on May 6, 2008, the appellant confirmed its intent to withdraw its appeal. The Government indicated that it did not oppose the motion. Accordingly, the claim is DISMISSED.
