Sharon A. Hejazi, Nevada Site Counsel, National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Energy, Las Vegas, NV, counsel for Respondent.

Order
On May 12, 2008, PAI Corporation (PAI) appealed the final decision of a Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), contracting officer denying PAI’s claim under contract number DE-AC52-07NA99344 for security system services for the NNSA Nevada site office. On March 10, 2009, the parties filed a joint stipulation of settlement and joint motion for dismissal, requesting that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
JERI KAYLENE SOMERS
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in PAI Corporation, CBCA 1184. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
