Order
On June 27, 2008, Devi Plaza, LLC, filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under lease number 57-91S8-7-2A05, for property located at 1731 Research Drive, Davis, California. On May 1, 2009, Devi Plaza, LLC, filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice on behalf of both parties, along with an executed settlement agreement, stating that the appeal has been settled.
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
