The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.

STEEL, Board Judge.
Order
While these cases were docketed with this Board’s predecessor Interior Board of Contract Appeals, the parties reached a settlement agreement covering the six subject timber sales. At the parties’ request, the undersigned entered a stipulated form of judgment in these appeals on November 15, 2006. On October 1, 2007, the appellant filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeals with prejudice advising the Board that the obligations specified in the settlement agreement and stipulated form of judgment had been met.
2CBCA 149, 168, 180, 226, 248, 249
Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Swanson Group, Inc., CBCA 149, 168, 180, 226, 248, 249. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
