CBCA 1612
DON CASWELL,
Appellant,
v.
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION,
Respondent.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Don Caswell, Smyrna, GA, appearing for Appellant.
Gabriel N. Steinberg, Office of the Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, Atlanta, GA, counsel for Respondent.
SHERIDAN, Board Judge.
Order
On June 16, 2009, appellant, Don Caswell, filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under contract GS04F09FBE5614, for the purchase of a 2003 Ford F150 truck from the General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet Public Sale held in Atlanta, Georgia. Appellant maintained he was entitled to reimbursement of $450 for repairs.
The parties were ordered to advise the undersigned how they wished to proceed with resolving the appeal, and via a letter dated September 15, 2009, Mr. Caswell informed the Board that “I am dropping my case against GSA.”
2 CBCA 1612
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
PATRICIA J. SHERIDAN
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Don Caswell, CBCA 1612. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
