Order
On July 15, 2010, Dominic Maestas filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under contract number AG-83D5-E-10-9011, for equipment used at the Santa Fe National Forest. On August 9, 2010, appellant advised the Board that the parties had reached a settlement and requested that the appeal be withdrawn. Respondent has no objection to the dismissal of the appeal.
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
