DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
Respondent.
Colin C. Hampson of Sonosky, Chambers, Sachse, Endreson & Perry, LLP, San
Diego, CA, counsel for Appellant Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Richard M. Berley of Ziontz, Chestnut, Varnell, Berley & Slonim, LLP, Seattle, WA, counsel for Appellant Northern Arapaho Tribe.
Gerald R. Moore, Office of the Solicitor, Department of the Interior, Billings, MT, counsel for Respondent.
STEEL, Board Judge.
Order
On October 12, 2004, the Department of the Interior Board of Contract Appeals docketed the appeal of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes of the contracting officer’s decision to terminate for cause the Ray Lake Dam construction contract no. CTC58X00224. On August 31, 2007, the parties reported that they have reached, and satisfied the requirements of, a settlement agreement concerning this appeal. They therefore request that the Board dismiss this appeal.

Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Eastern Shoshone & Northern Arapaho Tribes, CBCA 212. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
