The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Fred J. Toelkes, President of T.E. Services Corporation, Modesto, CA, appearing for Appellant.
David Sett, Division Counsel, Central Federal Lands Highway Division, Federal Highway Administration, Department of Transportation, Lakewood, CO, counsel for Respondent.
McCANN, Board Judge.
Order

DTFH68-03-C00028 for the removal of the Cascades Dam in Yosemite National Park and for certain roadway removal and paving. T.E. Services Corporation filed claims with FHWA for damages associated with the contract work, and the contracting officer denied those claims.
______________________________ On August 10, 2011, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal indicating that they have reached an agreement to settle all disputes arising out of contract DTFH68-03-C00028, and requesting that the Board dismiss with prejudice the above-referenced appeals. Accordingly, the above-referenced appeals are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

R. ANTHONY McCANN
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in T.E. Services Corporation, CBCA 2252, 2253, 2254, 2255, 2256. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
