Order
On July 22, 2011, Geotechnical Services, Inc. appealed the final decision of a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contracting officer denying its claims under contract number VA263-C-1207, project number 636A8-11-012, for asbestos abatement at the VA’s Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa. On August 31, 2011, appellant withdrew the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.
