CBCA 3042
VSE CORPORATION,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY,
Respondent.
Richard J. Webber of Arent Fox LLP, Washington, DC, counsel for Appellant.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Jonathan D. Tepper and Holly H. Styles, Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent.
VERGILIO, Board Judge.
Order
On October 5, 2012, VSE Corporation timely filed a notice of appeal concerning its contract, TOS-11-C-001, with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury (agency). Reaching the issue of entitlement on a Government claim, the Board granted the agency’s motion for summary relief; quantum remained to be resolved. VSE Corp. v. Department of the Treasury, CBCA 3042, 14 BCA ¶ 35,476 (2013). Having settled the dispute, the parties request a dismissal with prejudice.
The Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this appeal.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in VSE Corporation, CBCA 3042. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
