STEEL, Board Judge.

Order

On June 16, 2014, counsel for appellant, PCL Construction, Inc. (PCL), informed the Board that the parties had reached a settlement embodied in a contract modification and requested that a stay be granted so as to allow time for the contract modification to be processed and payment pursuant to the settlement be made. Counsel indicated that respondent, International Boundary and Water Commission, concurred in the stay request, which was granted. By letter of July 1, 2014, counsel for PCL requested that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

CANDIDA S. STEEL

Board Judge

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in PCL Construction, Inc, CBCA 3388. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
