On December 9, 2015, appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, stating that the costs which were the subject of this appeal have largely been paid by respondent. Accordingly, appellant’s motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
