Order
These three consolidated cases involve a terminated-for-default contract, HSTS05-14-C-SPP039, between CSSI First Line JV 1 (contractor) and the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (agency). The contractor provided security screening services at airports. The contractor both contests the termination for default and the assessment of excess reprocurement costs, and seeks compensatory damages and other relief. With the assistance of Board Judge Goodman as a mediator, the parties resolved these disputes. In accordance with a joint request these cases are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

JOSEPH A. VERGILIO
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in CSSI First Line JV 1, CBCA 5120, 5280, 5402. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
