Order
On February 21, 2008, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal requesting that the Board dismiss the appeal with prejudice, as the case had been settled.1 This matter was originally appealed to the Department of Transportation Board of Contract Appeals. See Medical Development International LTD, Inc. v. Department of Justice, DOT BCA 4547, 06-2 BCA ¶ 33,405. Pursuant to Pub. L. No. 109-163, § 847, 119 Stat. 3136 (2006), the appeal was transferred to the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.

Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
JERI KAYLENE SOMERS
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Medical Development International, CBCA 56. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
