Order
On January 16, 2007, Khotol Service Corporation submitted a notice of appeal concerning a dispute over $363.50 involving an outstanding invoice under its contract, DTCG84-01-C-AA8001, with the United States Coast Guard. The next day, the contractor notified the Board that this matter has been effectively resolved; it requests a dismissal without prejudice. With a submission dated February 2, 2007, the Government concurs with the requested dismissal. Pursuant to the request of the parties, this matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The dismissal becomes with prejudice on August 6, 2007, unless a request is received at the Board before that date to delay such a conversion. JOSEPH A. VERGILIO
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Khotol Services Corporation, CBCA 613. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures.
