On August 26, 2008, the parties forwarded to the Board an executed copy of the settlement agreement resolving all claims raised by the appellant in the above-captioned appeal and releasing one another from any and all liability under contract no. V626C-651. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
