CBCA 738
FUTURE-TEC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC.,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY,
Respondent.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Marva Jo Camp, Upper Marlboro, MD, counsel for Appellant.
Benjamin Klein and Patricia D. Graham, Office of the General Counsel, Department of Energy, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent.
KULLBERG, Board Judge.
Order
On January 26, 2009, the parties filed a joint stipulation that informed the Board that a settlement of this appeal had been reached. Attached to the joint stipulation was a final release signed by representatives of both parties. The joint stipulation also represented that a copy of a bilateral modification of the contract would be forwarded separately to the Board. On February 2, 2009, the Board received a copy of a bilateral modification that incorporated the terms of the parties’ final release.

Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Future-Tec Management Systems, Inc., CBCA 738. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
