On July 18, 2023, the parties jointly moved to dismiss the above-captioned appeal with prejudice, after the successful execution of a settlement agreement. The parties stated that all claims under this appeal have been resolved in their entirety. The motion is granted. The appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
