CBCA 862
WESTAFF (USA), INC.,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY,
Respondent.
Richard L. Moorhouse and Sean M. Connolly of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, McLean,
VA, counsel for Appellant.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
David T. Copenhaver and Mary Schaffer, Office of the Chief Counsel, Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of the Treasury, Parkersburg, WV, counsel for Respondent.
FENNESSY, Board Judge.
This appeal was brought in connection with a contract between Westaff (USA), Inc. (Westaff) and respondent, FedSource, Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of Treasury, (FedSource). Westaff brought a claim on behalf of its subcontractor, Engineering Solutions and Products, Inc. (ESP) for the sum of $254,905.38 in lease termination costs. The FedSource contracting officer denied the claim and Westaff commenced a timely appeal on behalf of ESP.
The parties have notified the Board that they have settled this appeal and have jointly moved for its dismissal with prejudice.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Westaff (USA), Inc., CBCA 862. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
