GAO Digest

InuTeq, LLC, a small business of Beltsville, Maryland, protests the issuance of a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) task order to LinTech Global, Inc., a small business, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under request for quotations (RFQ) No. 1269027 for the East Coast Helpdesk Operations contract for information technology (IT), telecommunication, and geospatial support services. The protester argues that the agency unreasonably determined that LinTech's price was realistic, misevaluated quotations, and made an unreasonable best-value tradeoff decision. We deny the protest.
