Eric D. Kaplan of Kaplan Papadakis & Gournis, P.C., Chicago, IL, counsel for
Appellant.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Helen Henningsen, Office of the General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Milwaukee, WI; and Charlma J. Quarles and Phillipa L. Anderson, Office of the General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent.
GOODMAN, Board Judge.
Order
These appeals were filed on December 28, 2007, from the respondent’s contracting officer’s decision terminating the appellant’s right to proceed under a contract for renovation of a portion of a Department of Veterans Affairs hospital.
On May 19, 2009, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss, advising the Board that they have settled the appeals. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
ALLAN H. GOODMAN
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Sarang/UBM Joint Venture, CBCA 1011, 1171, 1172, 1173, 1174, 1175, 1176, 1177, 1178, 1179, 1180, 1181. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
