Order
On March 19, 2008, Mountaga Bah appealed the final decisions of two General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officers terminating for default appellant’s contracts for the purchase of several items through the GSA Auctions website. On July 8, 2008, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, stating that the appeals have been settled and requesting that they be dismissed.
Accordingly, the appeals are DISMISSED.
