Order
On August 20, 2007, CPNS, Inc. appealed the final decision of a Department of the Interior contracting officer terminating for default contract number 201813C049 to plant and monitor cord grass at five selected sites in Texas. On February 11, 2008, appellant informed the Board that the parties have resolved their dispute and that appellant is withdrawing its appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.
