Order
A.M. Kinney, Inc. appealed a Department of Veterans Affairs contracting officer’s deemed denial of its claims under contract no. VA250-P-0200 to prepare the design for two new air handling units.
Appellant has now filed a notice of dismissal, stating that the disputed claims have been fully resolved, and requests dismissal of the appeal.
