Order

The parties have submitted a joint stipulation for withdrawal of this appeal with prejudice, after the Board issued an order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The parties agree that this appeal was premature because of a lack of a certified claim and a contracting officer’s final decision, as required under the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. §§ 7101-7109 (as codified by Pub. L. No. 111-350, 124 Stat. 3677, 3816 (2011)). Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, and for the reasons stated in the show cause order, this appeal is DISMISSED. Board Rule 12(c).
