On March 21, 2014, Veterans General Contracting, LLC filed a petition to obtain a contracting officer’s decision on its termination settlement proposal claim. The contracting officer issued a decision on April 8, 2014. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED and removed from the Board’s docket.
