Order
On April 3, 2015, ArmorGroup North America, Inc. (contractor) filed a notice of appeal concerning its contract, S-AQMPD-07-C0054, with the Department of State (agency). The appeal was based upon the deemed denial of a certified claim. The parties proceeded informally to resolve the dispute. On August 26, 2015, the Board received from the contractor an unopposed motion to dismiss with prejudice the appeal. In accordance with the request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in ArmorGroup North America, Inc., CBCA 4663. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
