The parties settled this appeal through mediation conducted by a Board judge. In a conference convened on May 9, 2017, the parties confirmed that respondent has made full payment to appellant, pursuant to their settlement agreement. On May 11, 2017, the Board received the parties’ joint motion to dismiss the appeal.
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
