Order
On February 21, 2017, appellant, Saratoga Investments, LLC (Saratoga), filed this appeal of a contracting officer’s decision dated February 8, 2017, in which the contracting officer for the United States Forest Service denied Saratoga’s previously submitted claim seeking $1800 in moving equipment expenses under a timber sale contract. By order dated February 22, 2017, the Board acknowledged Saratoga’s request to invoke the Board’s accelerated procedure pursuant to Board Rule 53 (48 CFR 6101.53 (2016)), and this appeal has proceeded accordingly. On April 3, 2017, however, Saratoga notified the Board that it had decided to withdraw its appeal, and, on April 7, 2017, it confirmed that it never intends to resubmit it. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Saratoga Investments, LLC, CBCA 5657. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
