STOBIL ENTERPRISE,

Appellant,

v.

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,

Respondent.

The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.

Billie O. Stone, Chief Executive Officer of Stobil Enterprise, San Antonio, TX, appearing for Appellant.

Mary A. Mitchell, Office of General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Houston, TX, counsel for Respondent.

Before the Full Board.

PER CURIAM.

On September 16 and October 10, 2019, appellant, Stobil Enterprise (Stobil), filed motions for reconsideration en banc. On February 6, 2020, the panel issued a decision denying Stobil’s motion for reconsideration. In its decision, the panel noted that appellant had requested en banc review, which would be addressed separately by the Board.

Pursuant to Board Rule 28(c) (48 CFR 6101.28(c) (2019)), the Board has considered Stobil’s request and, based upon a majority vote of the judges of the Board, Stobil’s motions for full Board reconsideration are DENIED.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Stobil Enterprise, CBCA 5698-R. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures.
