CBCA 5902, 5903
QUALITY SERVICES INTERNATIONAL, LLC,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,
Respondent.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Adam K. Lasky, Michael J. Schmidt, and Alix K. Town of Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP, Seattle, WA, counsel for Appellant.
Neil S. Deol, Office of General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Decatur, GA; and Donald C. Mobly, Office of General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver, CO, counsel for Respondent.
VERGILIO, Board Judge.
Order
Quality Services International, LLC, timely filed these appeals based on deemed denials of its claims to recover amounts withheld by the Department of Veterans Affairs for snow removal services (CBCA 5902) and for contract maintenance services (CBCA 5903). Consistent with a contractor motion dated February 13, 2018, to which the agency consents, recognizing that the parties have executed a settlement agreement and the contractor has been paid, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE these cases.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Quality Services International, LLC, CBCA 5902, 5903. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
