Before Board Judges DRUMMOND, KULLBERG, and CHADWICK.
CHADWICK, Board Judge.
On January 27, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion. The parties state that they agree that the Board’s January 4, 2021, decision on a contract interpretation issue common to these six appeals suffices to support denying the appeals, and they ask us to consolidate the appeals for the purpose of issuing one final and appealable decision. We grant the motion.
Decision
For the reasons stated in the parties’ motion, the Board consolidates and DENIES the six captioned appeals.
Kyle Chadwick
Board Judge
We concur:

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in CSI Aviation, Inc., CBCA 6292, 6386, 6543, 6581, 6582, 6801. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
