Order
After the Board, by decision dated July 31, 2023, granted in part a motion for summary judgment from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, see OST, Inc. v. Department of Homeland Security, CBCA 7077, et al., 23-1 BCA ¶ 38,414, the parties submitted the remaining issues in these appeals to a Board judge for resolution through binding arbitration. Following issuance of the arbitration decision on November 22, 2024, and having effected payment of the arbitration award, the parties have submitted a joint motion to dismiss these appeals with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.
The parties’ motion is granted. These appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.

Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in OST, Inc., CBCA 7077, 7103. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
