CBCA 779
GVC CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING, INC.,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
Respondent.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Christopher Valenti, General Manager of GVC Construction & Engineering, Inc., Leominster, MA, appearing for Appellant.
James E. Epstein, Office of the Solicitor, Department of the Interior, Newton, MA, counsel for Respondent.
HYATT, Board Judge.
Order
On August 26, 2008, appellant’s representative informed the Board that the project giving rise to its appeal has been completed and the company has been paid in full. Appellant thus has no objection to dismissal of its appeal. The agency previously had informed the Board that this dispute had been fully resolved. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
CATHERINE B. HYATT
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in GVC Construction & Engineering, Inc., CBCA 779. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
