VERGILIO, Board Judge.

Order

On March 13, 2008, and October 13, 2009, the Board received notices of appeal from Carmon Construction Company (contractor) concerning its contract, LGL05C00005, with the Department of Homeland Security (agency) for the renovation of building 681, Federal Law Enforcement Taining Center, in Glynco, Georgia. The contractor timely appealed two decisions by the contracting officer denying its claims. The parties engaged in discovery and then utilized Board Judge Zischkau as a neutral. The parties have resolved these disputes. In accordance with their request, the Board hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE these appeals.

Board Judge

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Carmon Construction Company, CBCA 1114, 1755. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
