Before Board Judges DANIELS (Chairman), STERN, and VERGILIO.
VERGILIO, Board Judge.
On September 17, 2010, the Board received from Sygnetics, Inc. (contractor) a notice of appeal concerning its contract, VA101 (049A3)-V-0328, with the Department of Veterans Affairs (Government), under which the contractor was to provide case management and other vocational rehabilitation/education services. The contractor disputes the interpretation of the contract provided by the contracting officer in a denial of a contractor claim.
Having resolved the dispute and all actual or future claims under the contract, the parties agreed upon a stipulated judgment. The Government shall pay the contractor $400,000 no later than June 15, 2012. The parties will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from the Board’s decision, and will not appeal the decision. The parties note that the Government shall utilize the judgment fund. 31 U.S.C. § 1304 (2006); 41 U.S.C. § 612 (now codified at 41 U.S.C. § 7108).

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Sygnetics, Inc., CBCA 2145. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
