v.
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY,

The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Chris C. Spidle, Country Director of Afghan Royal First Logistics, Co., Kabul, Afghanistan, appearing for Appellant.
Raymond M. Saunders, Legal Services Agency, Department of the Army, Ft. Belvoir, VA, counsel for Respondent.
STEEL, Board Judge.
Order
On December 13, 2012, this Board docketed the above-captioned appeal in response to the filing of a notice of appeal by Afghan Royal First Logistics, Co. against the Department of the Army. On December 18, 2012, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) received notice from the General Counsel of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) that the ASBCA had received a copy of the appeal, and docketed it as ASBCA 58460. The CBCA does not have jurisdiction over this matter since the ASBCA is the appropriate board to hear a case involving the Department of the Army. 41 U.S.C. 7105(e)(1)(A), (B) (2011). See also Waterstone Environmental Hydrology and Engineering, Inc. v. General Services Administration, (CBCA 2262), 2011 WL 8971429.
Therefore, this matter is DISMISSED.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in AFGHAN Royal First Logistics, CO, CBCA 3144. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
