Order
Career Systems Development Corp. / Del-Jen, Inc., Joint Venture (CSD/DJI) appealed a decision by a Department of Labor contracting officer demanding that the contractor pay $944,774 to the department. The decision asserted that the department had overpaid the contractor that amount as a result of misapplication of indirect cost rates by a CSD/DJI subcontractor on a particular contract.
CSD/DJI has now filed a motion to dismiss the case. In the motion, the contractor states that the decision which is the subject of the appeal has been withdrawn by the department.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Career Systems Development Corp. / Del-Jen, Inc., Joint Venture, CBCA 2444. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
