Order
On June 13, 2011, Rainier GSA Birmingham LeaseCo, LLC (Rainier) appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying Rainier’s claim under lease contract number GS-04B-45056.
On January 4, 2012, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice.
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
