Order
On January 9, 2013, the Board received a notice of appeal from MECX, LP contesting the termination for cause of its contract, VA528-12-C-0204, with the respondent, the Department of Veterans Affairs. On February 7, 2013, the Board received from the parties a joint motion for a dismissal with prejudice; the parties resolved the matter with a stipulation of settlement. According to the request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
