On March 20, 2013, appellant moved for dismissal of this appeal, representing that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement where respondent agreed to pay and appellant agreed to accept the sum of $2563.20 to settle the claim associated with the above-captioned appeal under contract GSP0511SI0085. Accordingly, CBCA 3274 is DISMISSED.
