Order
On March 7, 2013, Allen Engineering Contractor, Inc. (petitioner) filed a petition requesting the Board to order the contracting officer to issue a final decision on its claim under contract number DTFH68-10-C-00015 for reconstruction of a portion of the Generals Highway located in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park in Tulare County, California. On May 31, 2013, respondent filed the contracting officer’s final decision, dated May 30, 2013.
Accordingly, the petition is DISMISSED.
