Order
On April 10, 2013, Mather Enterprises (lessor) timely appealed a contracting officer decision concerning its contract, GS-V101-183R-760-005-01, with the Department of Veterans Affairs (agency). The agency occupied premises (warehouse, office, processing space, and parking) for a consolidated mail-out pharmacy. The contracting officer had denied the lessor’s claim seeking $520,897.80, as well as interest for various damages said to arise from the agency’s multiple breaches of the contract. The parties utilized Board Judge Borwick as a neutral and resolved the dispute. Under a stipulation of settlement, the agency has paid the lessor $100,000 and the parties have modified the contract. In accordance with a joint motion dated November 22, 2013, the Board hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this appeal.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Mather Enterprises, CBCA 3345. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
