CBCA 3779
CCE DISCOVERY GROUP, INC.,
Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY,
Respondent.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Margaret R. Shelton, Denton, TX, counsel for Appellant.
William H. Butterfield, Eric J. Nestor, and Wilbert Jones, Office of the Judge Advocate General, United States Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent.
DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman).
Order
CCE Discovery Group, Inc. appealed the deemed denial by a contracting officer of the United States Coast Guard (part of the Department of Homeland Security) of a claim for equitable adjustment and breach of contract under a contract for recovery audits of telecommunications contracts.
The parties engaged in alternative dispute resolution conferences with Board Judge
H. Chuck Kullberg. The discussions resulted in settlement of the case. The appellant has
now asked us to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in CCE Discovery Group, Inc, CBCA 3779. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
