Appellant,
v.
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,
Respondent.
Jeffrey M. Gallant of Clark Hill PLC, Detroit, MI, counsel for Appellant.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Edith M. Bowman, Office of Regional Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Detroit, MI, counsel for Respondent.
DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman).
Order
The Department of Veterans Affairs contracted with Saylor Construction, Inc. for construction to upgrade the urgent care and emergency room at the agency’s health care facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The project was delayed due to agency actions, and the agency compensated the contractor for some of the damages which were claimed to have ensued. The contractor appealed from the contracting officer’s decision which denied the remainder of the claim.
Following a mediation session conducted by Board Judge Harold D. Lester, Jr., the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and asked that the case be dismissed. The parties note in their joint motion that other claims may be made under this contract and that any future claims are neither addressed in the settlement agreement nor affected by a dismissal of the case.
As requested by the parties, this case is DISMISSED.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Saylor Construction, Inc, CBCA 3923. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
