Order
The Department of Housing and Urban Development entered into a contract with Deval, LLC (Deval) for the performance of professional loan servicing support services. A department contracting officer issued two decisions to Deval under this contract, the first paying the contractor $172,021.03 less than the amount of certain invoices it had submitted, and the second demanding payment of $91,412.15. Deval appealed both of these decisions. The first appeal was docketed as CBCA 4864, and the second was docketed as CBCA 5087. The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss both appeals with prejudice, stating that they have executed a compromise settlement and release.
The motion is granted. The appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Deval, LLC, CBCA 4864, 5087. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
