On May 6, 2021, the Board transmitted to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina the advisory opinion on matters of contract interpretation requested by the court pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. § 7107(f) (2018), in the civil action referenced above. On June 8, 2021, the court entered the Board’s advisory opinion on the public docket of the civil action.

The matter before this Board is DISMISSED.
