Order
On June 19, 2018, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the captioned appeal based on a settlement of the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures conducted with the assistance of Judge Jeri Kaylene Somers. The Board commends the parties on their successful resolution of their dispute.
Appellant’s motion is granted, and this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
